EnergyUpside adds technology to the heating and cooling system a building already has. The company says it's designed to cut energy use, clean up dirty electricity and purify the air and surfaces, with a live dashboard that shows what every unit in the building is doing.
Every project starts with an analysis of the building and its utility bills, so the numbers you see are specific to your property.
Who it's for
- Enclosed commercial buildings with at least four or five heating and cooling units.
- Hotels, office towers, hospitals and care facilities, stadiums, big gyms, grocery stores, malls and warehouses.
- Chains and franchise groups with many locations.
Not a fit
- Open air venues and anything mostly outdoors.
- Small buildings with one or two units.
- Homes, for now.
